ADDYCTION “ Wonderful Delusion “

( solo album of Adam Muszyński from Keep Rockin' band )

Przygodę z gitarą Adam Muszyński rozpoczął w 2002 roku, motywowany chęcią naśladowania ówczesnych idoli - Metallica, Black Sabbath, Zakk Wylde, czy Jimi Hendrix. Swój projekt solowy prowadzi od 2008 roku. W drugiej połowie roku 2013 skończył pracę nad debiutanckim albumem.
W roku 2011 zakwalifikował się do finału ogólnopolskiego konkursu "Wojny Gitarowe" , a utwór pt. "Abandoned" został wydany przez wrocławskie ABsonic na kompilacyjnej płycie CD. Koncert finałowy odbył się w krakowskim klubie Żaczek w październiku tego samego roku.
Kolejnym sukcesem było zdobycie I Wyróżnienia na IV Płockich Konfrontacjach Gitarowych (maj 2012). W finale, prócz zagrania własnego "Abandonded", zmierzył się z legendarnym "For The Love of God" Steve'a Vai'a.
W grudniu 2013 r. dołączyłem do włocławskiej kapeli Keep Rockin'. W kwietniu 2014 podpisał kontrakt na wydanie płyty z krakowskim art rockowym wydawnictwem Lynx Music. Album zostanie wydany w maju 2014

about ADDYCTION :
My name is Adam Muszynski and I was born in Poland sometime in the eighties. I began my musical adventures in 2002. In 2004 I founded a metal band Divine Insanity. After we disbanded I decided to join Hornad, a project led by DI's members: ex-bass player Pit and drummer Lukass.
I started working on my solo project in 2007 and the reason for that was a need to unchain my fascination for more complex, progressive music. I also wanted to share some ideas that would not fit any of the bands I play in. In 2011 I intensified my work on solo material. I wrote and demoed an hour of instrumental, guitar-oriented material.
In February 2011 I made it to the final of "Wojny Gitarowe 2011" ("Guitar Wars 2011"). My song "Abandoned" is featured on the CD and e-book "Wojny Gitarowe 2011" , released by ABSonic. The final, which had a from of a live show, took place in Cracow on 13 Oct 2011.
In May 2012 I won the 1st commendation during "IV Płockie Konfrontacje Gitarowe", a competition juried by M. Raduli and K. Misiak. During the final concert I played my song "Abandoned" and the legendary "For The Love of God" by Steve Vai.
In the second part of 2013 I finished recording my debut solo album. I also mixed and mastered the whole material. In December of 2013 I joined prog rock band Keep Rockin'
