Na płycie znalazły się nowe kompozycje z 2025 roku oraz utwory , których nie było na regularnych studyjnych albumach zespołu. Tytułowy utwór „The Lost Melodies „ to 15 minutowa suita na której zaśpiewali wszyscy wokaliści Millenium czyli usłyszycie głosy Dawida Lewandowskiego , Łukasza Gałęziowskiego i Marka Smelkowskiego.!
