RAM Zero – Moment CD

Za datę powstania zespołu RAM Zero przyjmuje się zwyczajowo Styczeń 2023 roku, chociaż pomysł powołania takiej kapeli pojawił się w głowach członków-założycieli już kilka miesięcy wcześniej. Przy klasycznej czarnej, cappuccino oraz flacie, w małej i dość ciasnej kawiarni w centrum Tychów, Adrian Robert i Marcin – czyli ostatni czynni „muzykanci” tyskiej formacji Zero Stopni – jednogłośnie stwierdzili że chcą tworzyć muzykę która nie będzie narzucała treści werbalnych a jedynie da podkład dla wyobraźni każdego domniemanego słuchacza (bazowano na rodzinach i przyjaciołach, względnie na przypadkowych odbiorcach kanałów streamingowych).

Od samego początku wiadomo było, że potrzebny jest ktoś kto uzupełni skład kładąc klimatyczny klawisz (z delikatnym wskazaniem na znajomość krzyżyka lub bmolla, może nawet obu tych znaków chromatycznych). Dzięki sile Internetu, po trzech miesiącach trio RAM Zero udało się na spotkanie z najaktywniejszym fanem social-mediowego portalu, którym okazał się Arek – nie dość że lajkował wszystko co było wrzucane, to jeszcze okazał się mało asertywnym przystojnym klawiszowcem, godząc się od razu na dołączenie do zespołu. Przygoda trwa nadal!

Płyta „Moment” to pierwsze wydawnictwo RAM Zero. Jest to album który miał nigdy nie powstać, ale dzięki współpracy z Wally Studio w Pszczynie oraz dość nieliczną grupą zapalonych fanów, finalnie zarejestrowano 7 utworów instrumentalnych których historie są tak różne jak pochodzenie regionalne poszczególnych członków zespołu. Nazwa albumu nawiązuje do charakteru albumu – cytując wykonawców – „są momenty”. Z drugiej strony, przestrzeń którą pozostawiają poszczególne kompozycje i historie do których nawiązują dotyczą poszczególnych momentów z historii każdego z nas. „Moment” trwa trochę ponad pół godziny. „Moment” pozwala się wyłączyć. „Moment” nie narzuca, jedynie sugeruje. „Moment” to jedynie podkład – do jakiej historii? To już decyzja każdego słuchacza.

The founding date of the band RAM Zero is traditionally considered to be January 2023, although the idea of forming such a band had been in the minds of the founding members for several months prior. Over classic black coffee, cappuccino, and flat whites in a small and rather cramped café in the center of Tychy, Adrian, Robert, and Marcin – the last active "musicians" of the Tychy formation Zero Stopni – unanimously stated that they wanted to create music that would not impose verbal content but merely provide a backdrop for the imagination of each presumed listener (based on families and friends, or possibly random consumers of streaming channels).

From the very beginning, it was clear that someone was needed to complement the lineup with atmospheric keys (with a gentle hint of familiarity with sharps or B minors, perhaps even both of these chromatic signs). Thanks to the power of the Internet, after three months, the trio RAM Zero managed to meet the most active fan of their social media portal, who turned out to be Arek – not only did he like everything that was posted, but he also turned out to be a charming keyboardist with a low level of assertiveness, readily agreeing to join the band. The adventure continues!

The album "Moment" is the first release by RAM Zero. It is an album that was never supposed to be created, but thanks to cooperation with Wally Studio in Pszczyna and a rather small group of passionate fans, a total of 7 instrumental tracks were finally recorded, each with stories as diverse as the regional origins of the band members. The name of the album refers to its character – quoting the performers – "there are moments." On the other hand, the spaces left by the individual compositions and the histories they refer to are about specific moments in each of our lives. "Moment" lasts little over half an hour. "Moment" allows one to disconnect. "Moment" does not impose, it merely suggests. "Moment" is just a backdrop – to what story? That is up to each listener's decision.
